A private bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house! We have a full kitchen, large backyard, nice living room and dining room. The room costs $1223 (w/o utilities). Room will be available for move-in on July 1, 2023. Mid/late June move-in might be possible as well.

Room will not come furnished
Utilities(per person): >$100 (PGE, depending on the month), $27 (Wifi), >$50 (Water)

We'd like to have another woman join our house who has similar qualities (clean and friendly) and will sign a 1-yr lease. Unfortunately, we cannot have pets or couples.
