Rent will include all utilities, high-speed internet, with full access to the common areas and kitchen supplies as needed. The bathroom and a separate powder room will be shared with another person. Parking on the street is readily available.

The house is easily accessible, right off highway 101 and University Avenue. It is 2 miles away from Stanford University.

We have a very friendly dog and a cute cat.
