I’m an incoming Postdoc at Stanford Medicine, looking for a safe, quite studio/ 1b1b apt within 20min walking/ biking distance from Stanford main campus.
Move-in date: no later than July 29 , ideally long-term lease (6 months - 1 year)
Can be either furnished/unfurnished (open to taking over the furnitures from the previous resident)
University housing on campus is STRONGLY preferred! :)
Non-smoker, no pets, neat and clean.
Expect rental cost: <$2500/ month
