Price: $995
2-2.5 miles from Stanford and downtown Palo Alto, available August 25th.
Loft area, bright, sunny, cozy with skylights and windows, hardwood floor . $1085/month
This is a crash pad, good for a student who spends most of their time on campus and needs a place to sleep.
The room can have a small refrigerator and a microwave. No kitchen use or minimal with arrangement.
Way to the shared bathroom is through owner's part of the house.
Loft is above my bedroom, I’m an older professional woman.
In a rustic house with overgrown garden.
Opposite the creek in a quiet E Palo Alto neighborhood, across from Palo Alto.
New mattress and new low Ikea twin bed. New hardwood flooring.
Unfortunately, this is really a crash pad. Some of owner’s items will stay there—couple of book shelves, filing cabinet, cleaning supplies, but still, quite spacious as a crashpad for a student who's on campus a lot and hiking or away weekends.
Bus to Stanford and street parking right outside house.
Laundromat a short two walking blocks away.
Small shopping center with upscale grocery store, Starbucks, bagel shop also 1/4 mile away.
No visitors.
