The house has a spacious living room and kitchen which are already furnished with new appliances as well as a sunny front lawn. The house is shared with a lovely couple (Stanford post-doc and a WFH software engineer) as well as their cute cat Maki. The rent is 1500$ plus internet and utilities. A security deposit of 1500$ and first month's rent is needed upon signing. Other perks include proximity to beautiful open space reserves and the famous Barron park donkeys! I can also help with some furnishings for the room for anyone interested who may need help getting a bed/wardrobe.
