Hello, I am looking for a male to take a 1 bedroom to lease with me starting August 1 in a 2Bd/1Ba Apartment in Palo Alto. The rent is $1460 for each person not including utilities. Depending on the season, utilities can range from an additional cost of $75-150 per person. There is a coin laundry room for the apartment complex.

The apartment is a fifteen minute bike or drive to the main Stanford campus, twenty minutes to downtown, and a five minute drive to the 101 freeway.

Ideally, I am looking for someone to sign onto a 1 year lease,. However, I am also open to signing onto a shorter lease as well, such as a month to month or six month lease.

A little about me, I am a research professional in my young 20s working on the main Stanford campus and spend most of my time working or doing outdoor activities, such as hiking or golfing. I do enjoy watching sports and having people over occasionally. Please reach out if you are interested.
