We are a group of 5 Stanford MDs and PHDs looking for housemates to fill 1 room in our home in Los Altos Hills for a 1 year lease. One room is available for rent now, and one is available July 1. We also have a 1 bedroom unit out front that is available August 1 for $3000. Currently, the group is 4 male, 1 female, we are open to all genders. The room shares a bathroom with two other tenant, Matt (M, 29), and Audre (F, 27).

The house is 5 miles from Stanford's campus located in a beautiful community with tons of nearby hiking and a horse pasture. We are just 5 minutes drive from the 280 and Tesla headquarters, but tucked up in the hills, walking distance from foothills preserve. We have a pool we make heavy use of during the warmer months. We are all busy but sociable and occasionally watch movies, have pizza nights, and have other events by the pool or up on our terrace. Ideal roommates are clean, sociable, self-sufficient, and chill. The house is great and a fantastic deal, but it leaks some in heavy rain, its old, and has no central heating so don't expect to be living in a perfect mansion in the nicest neighborhood in the peninsula for just 1300!
