I'm a Stanford postdoc and want to sublease my bedroom. I'm looking for a female roommate for this 2b1b apartment in Palo Alto. My roommate is also a Stanford postdoc.
The living environment is safe, beautiful, and quiet. The furniture and kitchen utensils are complete. There are two parking spaces, a large independent terrace (a good place to hold a party with friends), safe and quiet. Neighbors are Stanford students and Google employees. It is a 5-minute walk from the supermarkets, California Avenue, and only one road away from Stanford Escondido village. It is 9-minute bike to Trader Joe's and Whole food.
You can move in from July 12, 2023, and the time of move-in can be negotiated. The current contract will be ended on August 31, 2023. If you want to renew the lease, you can contact the landlord, she is quite easygoing.
