Hello there!

My roommates and I have a dog-friendly room for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet Redwood City neighborhood near Woodside Plaza (~ 5 miles from campus). The house has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a large fenced-in backyard perfect for BBQs and get-togethers. Lots of parking is available (both street and side driveway), and there’s plenty of storage space in the two backyard sheds.

My roommates and I are in our late 20s/early 30s (1 M/F couple & 1 F), and we have a friendly, lazy hound dog (Banjo – 7 yrs old, 50 lbs). Our house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and we enjoy spending time together. We would love having another housemate with a similar outlook. Rent is $1250 per month (utilities not included), and the lease runs from Aug 2023 through July 2024 (least starts August 1st). More about us: My name is Curtis, and I am a visiting Stanford postdoc and a formal postdoc at the U.S. Geological Survey at Moffett Field. My partner is a Stanford PhD student, and our other roommate is a veterinarian. We enjoy spending time outside and with friends, we all enjoy our friendly, interactive, and respectful living situation, and we are hoping to find someone to join our house!
