920 a month plus water and electricity. Wifi and trash utilities are free. Can rent on a month to month basis. Tentatively available September 1st, 2023

Located in Oceanview neighborhood of San Francisco; it's a 10 minute walk to the Balboa Park BART station, 30 minute drive to Silicon Valley, and 10 minute drive to the beach.

House
2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a very large backyard good for gardening. You'll have your own bedroom (unfurnished) but will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Dog friendly!

About me
I'm a 28 year old male who completed the structural (civil) engineering masters program at Stanford in 2021. I currently work for the US Coast Guard as a civil engineer. I would be the textbook definition of a “Bay Area young professional” except that I surf way too much. Looking for a roommate who is respectful, mature, and has a chill vibe.
