One furnished bedroom is available to rent in a shared, with postdocs and owner, in a non-smoking house in the Palo Alto neighborhood of Charleston Meadows. The ALL INCLUSIVE rent is $1,400 per month.

Available the first week of August, 2023. Preference is given to a house mate seeking a 1 year commitment.

The house is on Edlee Avenue, 4.2 miles from Stanford campus. It is an easy 20 minute bike ride along Park Blvd to Serra Street and campus. The house is 2.0 miles to the Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital.

There is great shopping nearby at the San Antonio Shopping Center: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, CVS, Target, Walmart, etc. Tofu House, Starbucks, Peet's, and many more restaurants. Easy to walk, bike or drive.

The furnished room includes a bed, linens, towels, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk, lamps, and fan. The three bedrooms share one bathroom.

The common areas include the updated kitchen, dining area, family room with an electric fireplace. The newly remodeled kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, oven, and microwave oven. All dishes, flatware & utensils, and new pots & pans are included.

This is a wonderfully calm, serene, friendly living situation. It is a great place for mature law, medical, foreign exchange graduate students, medical residents or post docs.

The clothes washer and dryer located in garage. The backyard is fenced with patio, BBQ and a koi pond. Air conditioning in communal areas. Easy on-street parking and bike storage available.

ALL uilities (gas, electric, water, sewer), WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE, gardener, high speed wireless Internet, smart TV. In addition, COMMUNAL SUPPLIES: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soaps are ALL INCLUDED in the monthly rent. Convenience and excellent value.

Unfortunately, no pets, and the room is suitable for only one person.

The ALL INCLUSIVE rent is $1,400 per month. The security deposit is $1,400. There is a $150 one time move in/out cleaning fee. Proof of renters insurance required.
