You would get:

One bed in a furnished master bedroom and bathroom in a 3b/2b in the only residential highrise in downtown Palo Alto across the street from Stanford campus. In-room and exterior closet storage with window views overlooking downtown and Stanford campus. Kitchen is relatively unused but shared with Stanford graduate students.

• meeting rooms
• 24 hour security

Shared living rooms are furnished. Private furnishings are present but can be exchanged. Long-term tenants may additionally discuss ownership and choices of furnishings.
