All bills are included in the rental price (internet excluded). The apartment has a balcony and comes with 1 covered parking space + extra storage and a bike room.

Tiled floor throughout and windows+screens in each room. It does not have A/C, but there is centralized heating that works well during the cold days.

Preference given to tenants interested in buying some furniture.
