Looking to fill one bedroom with private bathroom in a four bedroom/three bathroom house - our roommate is moving out but it's a great setup, would love to find someone to round out the lease for another year. The house is within ~20 minutes biking/10 minutes driving of the Stanford Engineering campus, close to some solid food options in San Antonio shopping center. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is pretty well set up. Shared spaces include

• Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer
• Two living rooms, one partially used as a dinning room (pictured)
• Back yard with furnished patio space, fire table, yard games, grill
• Office with some existing desk space, potentially open space to bring your own
• Garage/driveway/street parking (would need to figure out whose car goes where)

We all do our own thing for the most part, but do like to hangout sometimes on the weekends, the occasional house dinner/day trip and parties for holidays/birthdays so would be great to find someone interested in being a part of those kinds of things.
