My roommate and I are looking to fill one bedroom with private bathroom in our 3bed/2ba house. Located in Palo Alto, it's 2 min. from the Oregon Expressway/101 exit. We're looking to find someone who can stay for the entire year lease (1 year starting August, although bedroom is available now!) The bedroom itself is unfurnished. Shared spaces include:

• Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, food disposal, fridge/freezer
  -Washer and Dryer
• Back yard with partially furnished patio space + couple fruit trees
• Garage/driveway/plenty of street parking
  -No pets unfortunately
  -Rent is $1750/mo with utilities shared come out to an additional ~$100

A bit about us, 2 women in our mid 20's. Hobbies between us include reading, puzzles, hiking, working out, baking, hosting friends for dinner, swing dancing. We are hoping to find someone who is clean and kind.
