I am looking to sublet my San Francisco studio apartment from 8/6 - 9/1. Highly desirable location in the Mission - 1 block from Dolores Park, 1 block from Valencia St restaurant and bars, 10 minutes (walking) to the BART station, and 15 minutes (biking) to the Caltrain.

Apartment is large (560 sq ft) and gets a lot of natural light. It doesn't directly face the street so it's also quiet.

Spacious kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher).

Please note that this apartment will not have wifi.
