Hi! I recently finished grad school at Stanford and am looking for short-term, furnished housing in the area from mid August until December 2023 or January 2024.

• Number of people: My partner and I. We're both very clean, quiet, don't smoke, and don't have pets. We can provide background check, landlord references, proof of income / finances, or anything else you would need.

• Location: open to Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Los Altos, Sunnyvale - ideally close to a Cal Train stop

• Timeline: mid August 2023 until December 2023 or January 2024 (4 to 5 month)

• Amenities: ideally the place has wifi, laundry in-unit, and a parking spot available. we're flexible if these aren't available.
