Hi, I am a male grad student in the SDSS. I am looking for a roommate to start a one-year lease from 27th August 2023. The apartment is 2br/2ba; however, the listed room is a living room turned bedroom. The room is unfurnished and is currently walled by Lego bricks. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood near California Avenue and is a 10 minute bike ride to the center of campus. Move-in dates are flexible.

Rent is $900, though with utilities, it's ~$1000
