We are looking for a long-term renter 12mo +. Most of the people in the house has been living here for 2-6 years.

We have one bedroom with private bathroom for rent. The house has 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, multiple offices, a sauna, home theater, two living rooms, dining room, high quality appliance kitchen, new washer/dryer, 3 car garage, home gym, and a skateboard ramp. The house is located on a hill with great views of South Bay.

The current roommates are a mix of entrepreneurs, hospital workers and engineers. Our ages vary between 27 and 36 and we are a mix of guys and ladies. Overall, we are laid-back and keep a quiet environment during the week. Weekends we are usually pretty active, but also love some chill days. We have the occasional BBQ and get together for dinners/celebrations about once a month.

Rent for the whole house is split by the number of people living in the house and is usually no more than $1,300 usually less. The lease is month to month. The landlord does a background check of everyone living in the house.

We're looking for a responsible, considerate, and clean roommate who ideally enjoys a similar lifestyle (no couples please and no pets) we love them we just can't have them in the house :)

We are in Cupertino. About a 15 minute drive to Stanford Campus and Stanford Hospital. The closest shopping center to the houses is about 1 mi away with a Starbucks and Trader Joes in the Foothill Crossing Shopping Center at 2310 Homestead Rd
