The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Mountain View. It's a 5 minutes walk from Walmart, Trader's Joe, Target, Whole Foods, Fitness Centers/Gyms, and Bus Stops.
Rent is $1590 (Including water, garbage).
Electricity charges - Depends on usage (Approximately $20-25 per month).

I am a non-smoker and like to keep the space clean and hygienic. I have no dietary restrictions. I will prefer someone with similar interests and who's willing to share cleaning and other house maintenance responsibilities.
