Hi, my partner and I are looking for housing starting September 1st close to Stanford. I’m a PhD student and he’s a software engineer in the area. We’d love to be somewhere walkable in/around College Terrace, California Ave, or University Ave.

Max budget ~4500/mo
In unit laundry preferred
A/C a plus
Min sq ft ~850
May also consider larger 1br options

We’re looking for somewhere to call home so smaller apartment buildings and standalone houses/cottages are a big plus!
