No entrance to the rest of the house, therefore, no kitchen--ideal for a Stanford student, post-doc, intern who does not cook in a regular kitchen, does not want to deal with roommates or house-owners, likes to live alone, and likes greenery and a quiet, green residential street. Opposite the creek, opposite Palo Alto in E. Palo Alto.

Relatively new floors, paint, twin mattress, quilt, and newly installed cross-windows.
Adequate furniture, new couch. No closet. There are new Ikea rack and shelving, and hooks for clothes.

Street parking guaranteed right outside the house.
Free shuttle bus to Stanford right outside the house.
Laundromat a short two walking blocks away.
Small shopping center with upscale grocery store. Starbucks, bagel shop, etc. and Freeway 101 are 1/4 mile away.
