Hi everyone,

I'm moving out and looking for a new tenant to take my room in our spacious 4-person house in East Palo Alto. The master bedroom, which is quite large and comes with private bathroom/walk-in closet, is $1500/month + utilities (~$50-100 per person on average). I'm looking for someone to take over around August 18th or later.

The house has a washer & dryer, spacious living area, large open kitchen area, back patio, and free garage/driveway and street parking. There's also a nice park right next door and is located next to a shopping center with Target and IKEA. The house is ~20 minutes from Stanford by bike.

The other 3 housemates are all guys in their late 20s/early 30s (Stanford Postdoc, Stanford Resident Physician, and Google employee).

I am only taking my bed and not taking the remainder of the furniture, which includes chairs, desk, bookshelves, and multiple lamps. I am happy to leave these items here (fully cleaned) for FREE. If you would not like the room furnished, I would be happy to get rid of them, too.
