I'm posting on behalf of a group of incoming graduate students looking for housing nearby campus. We're looking for a 3 bed/2 bath townhome or house and our budget is $5400/mo. Prefer a 1+ year lease with the possibility of extension. Ideally, looking for a place that has off-street parking for 2 cars, in unit washer/dryer, and is <= 2 miles from campus for an easy bike commute.

A little about us, we're all returning to graduate study after several years working in tech and the renewable energy space. We are all starting PhD programs in the computer science and engineering schools. We're quiet, respectful, and clean.
