We are four Stanford PhD students, looking for a new roommate for our beautiful Palo Alto house. The room is available starting October 2023 (ideally, mid or end of the month, but we’re flexible) and the lease runs until May 2024. The monthly rent is $1,650 and utilities are $100 per month, which includes wifi and a bi-weekly cleaner. The room is equipped with a desk, chair, bed frame, and a built-in closet.

The house is spacious with a big kitchen, a dining area, two living rooms, and three bathrooms. It has a sunny porch and garden for BBQs, laundry, and dryer in the building. It is located a 15-minute bike ride from campus, 5-minute ride from California Avenue, in the Leland Manor neighborhood of Palo Alto. Safeway and the Market at Edgewood are less than 5 minutes away by bike.

Overall, we are social, clean, and enjoy cooking and hanging out together, but also like to have our personal space. We would like to keep the spirit that way.

Also, we'd ideally want a roommate who plans to stay longer term and is interested in joining the lease.
