This is your own private space leading out to a rustic overgrown garden--you won't interact with anyone. So, this is really ideal for someone who eats on campus and does not cook in a regular kitchen.

Adequate furniture. No closet. There are new Ikea rack and shelving, and hooks for clothes.

Street parking guaranteed right outside the house.
Free shuttle bus to Stanford right outside the house.
Laundromat a short two walking blocks away.
Small shopping center with upscale grocery store. Starbucks, bagel shop, etc. and Freeway 101 are 1/4 mile away.
