The apartment is spacious, homey, and gets great light. I have a cat so no pets are preferred. I'm a social butterfly and I do have my friends over occasionally. The upside of that is that I love hanging out with and getting to know my roomies.

Most importantly, this is an LGBT house. I'm a lesbian and several of my friends are gay and/or trans. Please keep that in mind when applying as it's super important for me to maintain a safe and respectful environment in my home.
