Looking for a roommate to take over 1 bedroom in a three-bedroom house shared with 2 male Stanford researchers.

• 3 miles to main Stanford campus, 2.5 miles to research park, 1.7 miles to California Avenue in Palo Alto (restaurants, Caltrain station, bike, hardware, and shipping stores)
• Well-equipped shared kitchen, dining room, and living room
• 1-car garage we use for storage
• Back yard has very productive plum, orange, and lemon trees
• Washer and dryer
• Bedroom has French doors leading to back porch, which the owners just had sanded (porch pics are a bit old), in turn leading into the backyard
• Ample bicycle storage and free car parking

Utilities not included, including wifi it is typically $100-200 per month depending on the season. 1 bathroom is shared between all 3 roommates. One roommate has a cat but having another pet may be possible.
