We are in a pretty new 3 bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Sunnyvale near Mary and Central Expwy. Looking for one new housemate as one of our housemates is getting married.

-ideal move in date: some point in September or early October but can be as early as you want
-looking for someone who is fairly clean and easy going
-we're both young professionals/recent alums
-our house is non-smoking and pet-free

-private room + private bathroom
-property manager gets anything fixed usually same day or next day. In 8 months of staying here, we've only had to get 2 things fixed.
-high, vaulted ceilings in our living area
-hardwood floors
-air conditioning/heating
-garage parking space
-washer/dryer on-site
-enough natural light that we don't need to turn on our lights during the day
-close to Caltrain, but we've never heard the train
-beautiful and functional kitchen

-rent is $1500 per month + utilities (PG&E for gas/electric, city of Sunnyvale for trash/water/sewage, Internet)

We're open to anyone and you are welcome to come by and tour the place. It'll be professionally cleaned for you before you move in. Minimum lease time: until Dec 31st. Ideally, we prefer someone who would like to be here longer.
