Available in September 1 2023.
Rent: $4750 per month +deposit

The condo includes:

We will take care of the HOA fees, including garbage and recycling collection.

The renters will be responsible for:

Monthly rent and refundable deposit
Utilities including PG&E, internet and bi-monthly water bill
