The place is two-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms located on college avenue. We're walking distance to cal ave, Stanford, and the cal train stop.

• There's 3 private parking spots in the back
• In unit washer/dryer
• Heating and AC units in each bedroom and for whole house
• utilities are around $40-100 a month

Current occupants are all women in their mid-20s who are working/in grad school at Stanford. We like going to the farmers market, hiking, and exploring restaurants nearby and are generally laid back but respectful of shared spaces. Looking for a female roommate no couples please :)
