• Have a designated parking space on driveway, in-unit washer and dryer, air-conditioner, walk-in closet, and a separate storage space. Big window with lots of sunlight.

• All utilities are flat rate $95, including internet with router already provided. So you pay $2190 every month and no additional fee at all.

• Landlord is super responsive and very nice.

• A small dog or a cat is okay, with additional pet deposit.

• super cute friendly feral cats in the neighborhood, you'll love it if you're a cat person

• Unfurnished, but I am happy to sell by furnitures
