I have one room available in a 3B/3B apartment in Palo Alto near the Caltrain station and 5min walk from downtown.
It's 5min drive or 10min cycle from Stanford campus. The rent includes usage of an outdoor pool and a gym. Parking available on-site and nearby.

The room is available from 11th of September and the lease runs for one year.
The rent is $1700 a month plus bills (internet+electricity+water, roughly $50).

Us two roommates are both postdocs, are usually working on campus, are both clean and social but respect privacy.

Looking for a postdoc or young professional, staying for min. 1year.
Not sure if pets are allowed and commitment to 1year is preferred.
