Sand Hill Properties is looking to fill an On-Site/Resident Manager and Leasing Agent position at a 24 Unit Apartment Building located on California Avenue next to shops and restaurants.

This position is a part-time position; however, the Manager must live on-site and be available for emergencies. Hours not to exceed 50 per month. This position includes a very competitively discounted, remodeled 1 bedroom Managers Unit.

Responsible for all leasing duties, scheduling maintenance, managing cleaning vendor, and monitoring property. Property management experience and valid California driver's license required.
