The apartment is nicely furnished with a leather sofa and chairs, 42" Sony TV/DVD player, dishes, pots and
pans, microwave. Central heating. Laundry room. Bike storage. Single occupancy only.
Just bring your bike, laptop, and suitcase!

The bedroom is (12'x13') with a double bed, memory foam mattress, linens, desk, chair, and lamps.

$1350 plus WiFi and utilities for a 12 month commitment. A lesser period is negotiable.

Near the 280 bus line to the Stanford Marguerite shuttles at the CalTrain station. Easy bike ride to campus
down Hamilton Avenue. Whole Foods and Town & County Trader Joe's grocery stores are on the bike route

The apartment is about 1000 feet from Hamilton Ave on Newell Road.
