You get:
• Master bedroom 12’ by 11’, with attached ensuite bathroom 10’ by 5’, by yourself
• 1 dedicated parking spot in front driveway by yourself
• 1 dedicated full-size fridge by yourself
• Full use of big kitchen with gas stove and filtered water
• Living room with TV
• In-house washer/dryer

Able to provide a queen size bed if needed.

Rent is $1400 per month with all utilities covered (water, electricity, gas, garbage, 400 Mbps Xfinity internet). Prefer 6+ months stay.

You will be sharing the house with a couple in tech who do not work from home, so only 3 people in the house total.

Move in date is flexible: target Oct 1, 2023.
