We are looking to fill one bedroom in our 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath house. The house is a spacious (2300 sq. ft.), 2-story Redwood City home in a quiet neighborhood close to 101, downtown Redwood City, and shopping centers on El Camino. It is in the vicinity of railroad tracks, but we never hear train noises.
The four of us have been housemates for a few years, and one housemate is moving in with his girlfriend. We have lived at this location for 3.5 years and have a solid relationship with the homeowner.
