We (Marvin and Kevin) are looking for a third roommate for our apartment in Mission Dolores in SF (59 Albion Street: https://maps.app.goo.gl/t7yzdyoCXC4USTHY9). The apartment is freshly renovated, has hardwood floors, a spacious living room, in-unit laundry, and a cute little garden. It’s located half a block from Valencia Street and two blocks from Dolores Park (Walk Score 99 and Transit Score of 96), tugged away in a quiet side street. Rent would be around $1,700.

Who you are: We are looking for a 3rd individual in their mid 20s to early 30s who is respectful, reliable, and fun :-)

Who we are: We are both originally from Germany and have been living in the Bay Area for the past 1.5-2 years. We enjoy hanging out with our roomies and are into the typical Bay Area hobbies: outdoor activities, sports, hanging out with friends, etc. Kevin is a 3rd year Stanford PhD student in engineering (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevin-mayer-32619ab5/) and Marvin is a Data Scientist at Google (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marvin-naessig/).
