I am a responsible and clean Stanford Postdoc in the Chemistry Department, seeking a Studio or 1-bedroom apartment in the $1800-2100 price range. I am a non-smoker, and I do not have any pets. I am also fine if it is an isolated unit in a house with a separate kitchen area and a bathroom.

Here are my preferences:

1. Location: I am looking for an apartment in a safe and convenient location, ideally within 5-7 miles from Stanford University.

2. Budget: My budget range is $1800-2100 per month.

3. Parking: Covered parking would be highly preferred, as it would help protect my vehicle from the elements.

4. Clean and Well-Maintained: I am a tidy and responsible tenant, and I am looking for an apartment that is clean and well-maintained.
