A spacious bedroom(13' 8" X 10' 10") in a cozy house in Midtown, Palo Alto.
Current housemates are a young Female and two male Stanford graduate students.
Lots of street parking. 15mins walking distance to Stanford campus.
5min walking distance from midtown shopping center with Walgreen, Safeway, CVS, Wells Fargo bank, restaurants, and cafes.
The landlord lives in the house.

Light kitchen use welcome. Common area includes a kitchen, washer/dryer room, dining room, courtyard and a bathroom.
Utility is included except for winter month($50.mos during Nov-Feb)
$1400 security deposit at move-in

3 tenants share a full bathroom.
