The unfurnished master suite is located on the first floor at the end of a hall, with a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom that has been recently remodeled and features dual sinks and vanities, a large tub/shower. The room has 3 exterior walls with no rooms above or below, and stays very quiet and private. The room also has a private exterior entrance.

We are a group of eight housemates aged 25-35, one dog, one cat, numerous house plants, and various wildlife inhabiting our secluded backyard. We are a diverse group of former academics, graduate students, engineers, and more. We all have our own schedules and it is very rare for us all to be home at the same time, but we like to do occasional group get-togethers like house dinners, board game nights, bike rides, hikes, and movie nights. The housemates are social and welcoming, and everyone is accommodating and respectful to one another's boundaries. There is plenty of common space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house apart from just their room.

The house has several amenities. The basement includes a home gym area, a pool table, as well as a third living room. There is a huge backyard with a garden, patio, fire-pit, and a trampoline. The large kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dual full-size ovens, a 6-burner ceramic stovetop, a Bosch dishwasher, and a filtered drinking water tap. There is a dining room and two large living rooms on the ground level with views to the backyard through panoramic windows. The laundry room was recently updated with a Frigidaire front-loading washing machine and a GE commercial grade dryer. The house uses a WiFi 6 mesh system so that there is strong signal in all parts of the house.

The rent for the room is $2325/month, utilities are typically around $100/month and include internet, gas, electric, trash, water, a housekeeper can be added for the common areas. Gardeners care for the landscaping weekly, which is included in the rent. The refundable security deposit is 1 month of rent.
