Hi all,

we (my friend Kevin and I) just secured a beautiful 3BR apartment in the heart of the mission, half a block from Valencia street in a quiet side street.

We are looking for a 3rd individual for the 3rd BR.

• Location: Centrally located in the mission, quiet side street, just half a block from Valencia st. with bars, restaurants etc., 7 min walk from the bart/muni station, 10 min walk to Dolores park

• Room: Spacious room with walk-in closet, nice wooden floor and sunlight.
Rent is around 1700$/month. Move in date ASAP but 1st of October at the latest.

• Apartment: The apartment is on the second floor. It was freshly renovated and we are the first ones to move in. So everything is brand new and clean. In-unit laundry and dryer. Spacious living room and kitchen. 1 Bathroom shared with Kevin and myself. We also have a quiet and cute little backyard.

• Roommates: Kevin and I are originally from Germany (Berlin) and are both living in the bay area for the past 1.5-2 years. We are both very friendly, respectful and like hanging out with our roomies. We enjoy outdoor activities, sports, hanging out with friends, going out on the weekends, food, travelling and much more.

• Who you are: We are looking for a 3rd individual in their mid 20s to early 30s who is respectful, reliable and friendly. It would be great if you would be down to hangout from time to time and do stuff like hiking, playing volleyball or tennis, grabbing food or a drink or just chilling in the living room, basically anything social :-) That said, we also respect your privacy and expect the same from you.
