About me:
I’m a recent Stanford graduate in Biology (Neurobiology concentration) and a current coterminal masters student in Biomedical Informatics at the Stanford School of Medicine. In my time as an undergraduate, I served as a CollegeBoard Advising Fellow and personally advised three cohorts of first-generation and/or low-income high school students throughout the college admissions process (i.e., meeting from junior year summer to the weekend of college matriculation on a weekly basis), logging in a total of 400+ one-on-one advising hours. I look forward to my meetings with students and am interested in meeting people where they're at in the process!
Across all cohorts, my high school advisees were offered admission to Stanford, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins University. I have extensive experience in designing, optimizing, and teaching college admissions curricula and good organizational habits to students, ESPECIALLY in the crafting and reviewing of personal statements, essays, and short answer questions.
