I am looking for a roommate to share Menlo Park or Palo Alto apartment ideally within walking distance from downtown area and public transport (let's say within 15 minutes). I have leads on two cheaper 2b2b for either 1600 or 1650 per person that are a little dated but in good locations. Or I am totally fine looking for something more expensive and nicer (let's say up to 2250 per person?). I would like to move soon, but don't have a deadline, so that would depend on you as well.

Who I am looking for:

• clean, reliable, reasonable and communicative
• wants to move soon-ish
• ideally a postdoc at Stanford or similar

Me and my preferences:

• in my thirties, postdoc at Stanford, originally from Europe
• prefer shoes off inside, clean kitchen and to use heating in the winter
• can be social, but also respect your quiet time
