We are subletting our 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in downtown Palo Alto beginning November 1.

The unit is in a residential neighborhood, part of a 5-unit apartment/multi-family home. It’s walking distance from University Ave, approx 1 mile from Stanford, and near two Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods (and many shops & restaurants). The streets are very walkable with lots of easy street parking. About 0.25 mile from the CalTrain station.

The unit has all wood/laminate flooring (it’s not real wood, but looks like it? Also there’s no carpet!) and includes a private balcony. Lots of windows and natural light! There’s coin-op washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is a covered parking space included, and an additional storage unit. The bathroom was remodeled in August 2021, before we moved in initially.

We love this unit very much and are so sad to move out, but life happens! Please reach out with any questions or for photos. Move-in date has some flexibility, and there’s the option to renew the lease at the end of July.
