Our post-doc housemate is moving out. We have a room in a share-house starting November 1st, but are flexible for a move-in date between 11/1 - 11/15.

Key Details:

Location: We're situated in The Willows in a very nice and very safe neighborhood, within a comfortable biking distance to Stanford (two of us cycle to Stanford Monday to Friday, it takes about 15 minutes), offering both convenience and spacious living space, including outdoors area and balcony. The house is really high-quality and feels nice, and you are free to use the current laundry and kitchen facilities.

Rent & Deposit: Priced competitively at $1500 per month with a deposit of $1750.

Room Details: This is a private upstairs 1-bedroom accommodation with direct access to a shared bathroom. As an option, there's a queen-size bed with bedframe and desk available for an additional $150.

Parking: Your vehicle has its own dedicated parking space.

Living Arrangement: While this is a shared house, all current roommates reside downstairs. This means the upstairs room (which you would occupy) has a good level of privacy to communal living areas like the living room and kitchen.

Roommates: We generally value our privacy and have our own work/lives, but we do get together for a chat now and then. A bit about us, you'll be sharing with a fitness business owner/instructor, psychology PhD student, neuroscience post-doc, and engineering post-doc.
