1 bedroom with 1.5 shared bathrooms available from mid Nov, in Palo Alto, close to Ikea. This is a 4 bedroom house, mixed gender household. Pet friendly with a dog living with us so we can't take any more pets.

Common areas fully furnished with a backyard, in unit washer & dryer, 3 car driveway, a garage and plenty of street parking. Central heating and AC with an Ecobee thermostat. We have a housekeeper who comes in weekly and also cleans bedrooms (including changing sheets if so desired) so there is no allocation of major chores around the house.

Rent - $1600 includes utilities, internet and weekly deep cleaning. Minimum 6 months stay preferred, can discuss short stays.

Location: 15 min bike ride to Stanford campus. Grocery stores, Target, CVS at a 5 min walk. 2 min drive to 101 freeway.

What we look for in a potential housemate: We are a friendly social home with respect to privacy and personal preferences of every housemate. We occasionally get together to watch movies, cook or work out. Our expectations are every housemate should be respectful and maintains common areas clean. There are no restrictions on guests or social events, just be cognizant of your housemates' comfort and schedule. Credit and background check is mandatory
