Furnished large bedroom for one person available in a single family house in south Palo Alto. The room is approx. 12 x 11 feet with built-in closet, queen size bed, study table, book shelves, cabinets and drawers.

Driveway and/or street parking available plus uncovered outdoor space to store bicycle.

Home is in pleasant, safe family neighborhood, easy walk to excellent San Antonio Shopping Center in Mountain View, about 7 minutes by car/15 minutes by bike to Stanford, 7 minutes by bike to San Antonio Caltrain station.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking/drugs, female preferrd.

Rent is $1550 a month, which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, WIRELESS INTERNET, in-house washer/dryer included. Water and energy conservation essential. First month and one month's security deposit required to move in.

Stay of at least 6 months preferred.
