We're looking for short-term housemates to fill 2 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms in a 7Br/6Ba 4000+ sq ft home in Midtown Palo Alto. We are looking for anyone who can fill in November 1, 2023 ~ early January 2024. This is ideal location for anyone commuting to Facebook, Google, or Stanford!

Room #1 Description:

• 200 sq ft, private bathroom connected to the room.
• private walk-in closet also in the room
• $1600/month (can be prorated depending on your length of stay)
• Any time between 11/1 ~ January 2024

Room #2 Description:

• 160 sq ft, private bathroom next to just outside the room
• $1300/month (can be prorated depending on your length of stay)
• Any time between 11/1 ~ January 2024

Description of the House:
There are several large living rooms, multiple fridges and freezers for food, and an open floor plan kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen appliances (sous vide machine, mixers, meat slicer, air fryer, etc.) We also have a large backyard area for outdoor BBQ.
Rooms will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, a foldable NanaWall, projector setup in the downstairs area, home fitness area, and a Japanese style sitting space with tatami mats and a kotatsu.
Location-wise, we are around the corner from Grocery Outlet, a quick walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, close to multiple farmers markets, and a wonderful bike ride on Bryant Street to Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto.

Lease Details (*Important):
Current lease of the house ends on October 31st, 2023. We will be on month-to-month lease starting from November 1st, 2023 and we will move out of the house early January. You can freely stay & move-out before our-move out, and your rent can be prorated depnding on your length of stay.
