It’s a delightful newly remodeled room and bathroom, with walk-in closet, big windows having great natural light. It comes furnished with queen size bed and workspace/desk.

We offer a month-to-month rental agreement, with a 30-day notice period for departure. Cleaning service every other week.

Candidate requirement: We are looking for a respectful tenant who will keep the place clean. Supporting documents, job verification and Covid vaccinated. No pets or overnight guests. No loud music, no recreational drugs; no smoking or vaping.

First and last month's rent plus $450 security deposit required to move in.
